  • All tags must be attached, and the item should be in its original packaging.

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Authorization: We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

  3. Ship the Item: Use the provided label to return the item to the specified address.

Please note: Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color:

  • Size or Color Exchange: We offer a one-time free exchange per order. Please request this within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • How to Request: Include the reason for the exchange, the new size or color desired, your name, and order number in your email.

Note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear)

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Sale or clearance items

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, or the return is due to our error.

  • Original Shipping Fees: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
